Additionally, WhatsApp has introduced group mentions, a feature that allows community admins to mention specific groups within the community announcement group.

 This functionality enables admins to highlight relevant groups when sending messages to community members, ensuring effective communication within the community.

Furthermore, the introduction of community entry points enables users to directly access community groups from the community announcement group. A new button placed within the header facilitates this convenient access. Additionally, community creators can swiftly create new groups by utilizing the menu that appears upon tapping this button, further streamlining group management.

In an exciting development, WhatsApp now allows some users to edit text messages within 15 minutes of sending them. This feature serves to rectify any typing errors made in the initial message. It is important to note that this editing capability is intended to maintain the integrity of conversations and cannot be utilized to modify messages indefinitely. While users can edit their messages an unlimited number of times, it is worth mentioning that messages sent from a different device cannot be edited.
